The
040HD is the upgrade to the 008A, 045HD and 044HHD. The operators only task is to load the original key, a blank key, and to press the machines start button. The machine performs the key cutting process for you. The operator also has the choice to use this machine as a manual key machine. It's heavy duty design makes it a
perfect addition to many businesses or shops looking to duplicate keys.

- Wider spacing between vise jaws accommodates longer key blades and large bow keys compared to the 008A.
- Fast spindle speed provides smoother cuts.
- Super Jaw 3, 4-position vise jaws securely clamp and index a variety of keys without adapters, including double sided types.
- Cutter is made of high speed tool steel, coated with titanium nitride for longer cutting life.
- Features a soft touch rotating deburring brush
