044HD is the upgrade to the 008A and 045HD. The semi-automatic design allows the operator to duplicate with speed and accuracy with the lever mounted on the left of the machine. It's heavy duty design makes it a

Lever operated key machines are easier to use than manual machines and take out a lot of the "newbie" related issues when it comes to learning the key cutting process.
- Wider spacing between vise jaws accommodates longer key blades and large bow keys compared to the 008A.
- Super Jaw 3, 4-position vise jaws securely clamp and index a variety of keys without adapters, including double sided types.
- Cutter is made of high speed tool steel, coated with titanium nitride for longer cutting life.
- Features a soft touch rotating deburring brush
