Shipping Options:
We
copy and paste the shipping information you enter when creating your
shipping label.
This includes your email address.
Please enter all information correctly to
avoid delays and to receive tracking information.
UPS
- UPS
provides up to the
minute, accurate, shipping details on where your package is at any given
time.
- There
is NO comparison with UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS) when it comes to tracking
information.
- If you want the ability to
track your package, choose any option by UPS.
- We HIGHLY recommend shipping
UPS for those wishing to track their shipments and will gladly assist in tracking your package if you desire.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
Please be aware you will NOT be able to track your shipment if you choose ANY option by the USPS.
Shipping information is sent only to the email address you enter on the order.
We have no means of tracking your package, so please don't email us and ask us where your package is.
If you want the ability to track your package, do NOT choose USPS shipping.
First Class
Mail
- Slowest and Cheapest shipping option.
- Not available for APO or FPO shipments.
Priority
Mail, including International
- Domestic
packages usually arrive within 3 business days of when your package is
shipped.
- International
delivery is generally 8-10
business days, although it can be longer.
Delivery dates are not
guaranteed.
Customers wishing to track international
packages can dial (800) 222-1811.
Expedited
Mail
- Usually arrives within 1-2 business days of when
your package has shipped.
FLAT RATE
SHIPPING (Domestic and International)

Using the USPS Flat Rate Box. We offer three
sizes of flat rate boxes.
Your order MUST be able
to fit into either of these boxes measuring:
- Small
8-5/8" Long x 5 3/8" Wide x 1-5/8 Thick"
Ideal for 3 regular sized boxes of keys, or misc.orders of about 200 keys.
4 Pound max for International Shipments.

Medium
11" Long X 8 1/2" Wide X 5 1/2" Thick.
Ideal for 20 regular sized boxes of keys, 9 oversize boxes of keys, a combination of the two, or orders of about 1000 keys.
20 Pound max for International Shipments.

Large
12" Long X 12" Wide X 5
1/2" Thick.
Ideal for 30 regular sized boxes of keys, 12 oversize boxes of keys, a
combination of the two, or orders of about 1500 keys.
20 Pound max for International Shipments.
Shipping Policies
- All
orders over $100.00 must be shipped to a VERIFIED ADDRESS. Generally this will be the billing
address provided by, and verified
with, your credit card company. Credit card customers needing to ship to an address other than the billing,
can contact their card holder to
establish an ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS. This simple
procedure will allow us to verify the address with the card holder. This feature is not available for Debit Card
orders. Debit card orders MUST ship to the billing address ONLY as the
bank does not offer address verification.
- ALL orders over
$100.00
are sent Signature Required.
- Most in stock
orders
will be shipped same day if placed by 12:00 EST
- Although a majority of our orders are shipped by the USPS, we have found large, overweight items better shipped via UPS. We reserve the right to change shippers on certain orders.

RETURNS:

Cut
key blanks, literature, specials or close outs, painted key kits,
partial quantities, key machines, tier packages (merchandiser, key
assortment, and machine) and special
orders are NOT returnable. Individually packaged keys such as VATS,
PATS, and Transponder keys are only returnable if still in unopened,
unaltered packaging. If it came in a sealed bag, it must be returned in
a sealed bag.

Returns
are accepted within 30 days for a refund of original price, minus a 25% restocking fee and any
shipping charges. All sales final
after 7 business days.
- Items
that are returned
to us marked return to sender, or undeliverable, will be charged a 10%
restocking fee, less shipping. No further delivery attempts will be
made.

All
returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Call our office to obtain this number prior to
your return.

Performance issues with key machine will need
to be addressed to the
manufacturer. It is recommended that you retain all paperwork and
packaging from your key machine in
case you encounter any problems. We HIGHLY recommend keeping the box
your key machine came in just in case your machine needs to be sent back
for service.
Discount
Codes are valid
for key blank purchases only. It is not valid for key machines, key
accessories, or anything non key blank related, unless otherwise noted.
Discount Codes are only valid when you place your order online. We
will not apply discount codes, or issue credit if you forget to use it.
Orders violating this policy
will be canceled.
CREDIT ISSUES:

The information you provide on your order must match the information provided by
your card holder. If Name, Address
or CVV code do not match, we will
not be able to ship your order until we have obtained the correct information. Please use information that corresponds with the card
you are using. For more details,
please review our fraud
policy
page.

Orders declined by the card holder for
financial purposes cannot be
processed. In this case the customer
will need to contact the credit company to correct the situation.

Placing a check in the box upon checkout is an
electronic signature. It is the same as signing your name. If you do not understand our policies please review them again, and call for further
clarification.
Credit
Card Disputes
- All credit card charges will show up on your
statement as MySecurityPro or KeyBlankSales/MySecurityPro.
- If you have an issue with any of our products, services, or
just have questions, please phone us PRIOR to filing a dispute. Filing a
dispute costs us time and YOU money.

reference only. They are there to show groove patterns and profiles
only. We reserve the right to substitute blanks from other name brand
manufacturers to prevent delaying your order. We guarantee the blank we
send you is equivalent to the one you saw pictured, or we will refund
