• All orders over $100.00 must be shipped to a VERIFIED ADDRESS.  Generally, this will be the billing address provided by, and verified with, your credit card company.  Credit card customers needing to ship to an address other than the billing, can contact their card holder to establish an ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS.  This simple procedure will allow us to verify the address with the card holder.  This feature is not available for Debit Card orders.  Debit card orders MUST ship to the billing address ONLY as the bank does not offer address verification.
  
• ALL orders over $250.00 are sent Signature Required.
• Most in stock orders will be shipped same business day if placed by 2:00 p.m. EST
• It is the customers responsibility, who are outside the United States, to pay customs or duty fees.  If you choose to not pay the customs or duty fees and you refuse the package, you will be charged incoming and outgoing freight plus a 10% restocking fee.
• Although a majority of our orders are shipped via the USPS, we have found large, overweight items ship better via UPS.  We reserve the right to change shippers on certain orders.
• Orders are processed daily, but only ship during regular business hours, which are:
  
  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
  • Most in stock orders ship same day if placed online by 2:00 p.m. EST
• Free Shipping applies to orders shipped within the Continental United States and does not include APO/FPO addresses.  Most orders using the Free Shipping option ship via the USPS or UPS.  Although the Free Shipping option shows Priority Mail by the USPS, we reserve the right to choose the shipper.  If you cannot accept deliveries by the USPS or UPS, please note this in the notes field upon checkout to avoid delays or returns.
  

RETURNS:

• Precut keys, key blank assortments, key machine parts, literature, specials or close outs, partial quantities, key machines, key cutting packages (merchandiser, key assortment, and machine) and special orders are NOT returnable.  Individually packaged keys such as VATS, PATS, and Transponder keys are only returnable if still in unopened, unaltered packaging. 
• Performance issues with key machines must be addressed to the manufacturer.  It is recommended that you retain all paperwork and packaging from your key machine in case you encounter any problems.  We HIGHLY recommend keeping the box your key machine came in just in case your machine needs to be sent back for service.
• Items that are returned to us marked return to sender, or undeliverable, will be charged a 10% restocking fee, less shipping.  No further delivery attempts will be made. 
• Returnable items are accepted within 30 days for a refund of original price, minus a 25% restocking fee and any shipping charges.  Please contact our office to assure that your order is returnable and to obtain an Return Authorization Number. 

Discount Codes and Howard Keys

• Coupon Codes are valid for key blank purchases only.  It is not valid for products by The Howard Keys Company, various painted keys, key machines, key accessories, or anything non key blank related, unless otherwise noted.  We will not issue credit if you forget to use your coupon code .
  
• Howard Keys are for sale in the United States only.  Effective October 2011, all orders outside the United States containing product by the Howard Keys Company will be cancelled.  This policy is strictly enforced by the Howard Key Company.

CREDIT ISSUES:

• The information you provide on your order must match the information provided by your card holder.  If Name, Address or CVV code do not match, we will not be able to ship your order until we have obtained the correct information. Please use information that corresponds with the card you are using.  For more details, please review our fraud policy page.
• Orders declined by the card holder for financial purposes cannot be processed.  In this case the customer will need to contact the credit company to correct the situation. 
• Placing a check in the box upon checkout is an electronic signature.  It is the same as signing your name.  If you do not understand our policies please review them again, and call for further clarification.

• Images found on KeyBlankSales.com and MySecurityPro.com are the property of KeyBlankSales.com.  Legal action will be taken against those who copy them.  DO NOT STEAL THEM as they are copyrighted.  THIS IS YOUR WARNING.
• Images of key blanks are for groove pattern reference only.  They are there to show groove patterns and profiles only.  We reserve the right to substitute blanks from other name brand manufacturers to prevent delaying your order.  We guarantee the blank we send you is equivalent to the one you saw pictured, or we will refund your order.
