This service allows you to program transponder keys into your car without the use of a locksmith or dealer. It is good for keys that offer On Board Programming (OBP) and not those that use an RW2, RW3, RW4, or SDD/TKO tool.

If you are not sure your key is user programmable, go here, and look up your car. Under Transponder Equipment, you will see how most keys need to be programmed. Most keys with OBP are user programmable.
